Inquiries and reservations for services
of all the packages should be made through our head
office in Bali. Maximum details are required in order
to fulfil your reservations efficiently. Arrival /
departure dates, flight details, number of people involved
and notification if alternative hotels are acceptable,
will help us to handle your inquiry efficiently.
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation will always be made via facsimile or telephone
and every party concerned have to be responsible for
their own expenses.
CANCELLATION
Whilst it is not SUTRA's policy to levy cancellation
or no show fees of any kind, late notice of cancellation
can result in a claim from hotels and supplier of services.
In such case, we will debit charges to agents concerned.
PAYMENT
Full payment must be received prior to arrival at the
first destination point, or can transfer directly under
this bank account :

Failure tom comply with condition may result in cancellation
of all reservations.
BANK CHARGES & TRANSFER FEES
We do not accept responsibility for the payment of
bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of
funds into bank account. Any such charges or fees are
the payer's responsibility and cannot be deducted from
our payment.
LIABILITY
Although not effort will be spared to provide the request,

transportation companies, hotels, vehicle owners and
all other contractors involved, and shall not be held
liable or responsible for any loss, accident, damage,
injury, delay or irregularity what so ever arising
from the use of any accommodations, transport or others
services, from labour strikes, illness, weather, fire,
natural disasters, or any other forces beyond our control.

itinerary with or without notice if found the best
interest of all parties concerned. |
