Internet Rates:
- All hotel internet rates are our special discount rate for booking made through www.1st-bali.com only NOT direct to the hotel.
- Rates features are including tax and service charges.
- Room rates are quoted per room per night.
- Ad-hoc group (Incentive and Conference/Meeting) rates are available upon request and are subject to specific requirements
Reservation Procedures
All reservation or inquiry will be reply within 2 x 24 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed our staffs will inform you and give the other suggestion.
Payment Procedure:
Prepayment is required for every confirm reservation with option of payment as follow
- Credit Card ; VISA, MASTER or AMEX or DEBIT CARD. by Paypal. a 3,5% transaction fee will apply to all credit card processing.
- Bank transfer
- Cash Payment upon arrival is apply for last minute booking or special requirement.
Confirmation Voucher / Confirmation Slip :
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation request. Please printout this voucher and present it at the time of your check-in. We will also faxed the voucher directly to the respective hotel.
Cancellation & Refund
A USD 15 charge will apply if the cancellation notice is received after the booking and has completed, and we will refund to the same Credit card used for the transaction.
During low season period
- a one-night room charge will apply if the cancellation notice is received within 7 days before the arrival date.
- In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made.
During high season period,
- If canceling 30 days before the arrival date, a one-night room charge will apply.
- If canceling before 14 days or less to the arrival date, 50% of total room rate will apply,
- If canceling 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, full charges will apply.
- In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made.
