Febri's Hotel & Spa Rooms in Tuban are divided into Superior, Family Deluxe (commonly called as Quad with 4 persons and Quintet with 5 persons), Standard Room and Premium Room (expected to be available by October 2009).

Superior Room
Every room has a sofa bed which unfolds into an extra bed, ensuite bathroom, a private balcony or terrace, and a large refrigerator (unstocked) as guests are free to stock their own drinks and food. A 24-hour minimart is located next door. Superior Rooms are located at the central area of the hotel (referred to as the Main Wing), close to the main pool.

Family Deluxe Room
A 55 square-meter room, offering great value for the whole family or for close friends, accommodates up to 5 persons with 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds (an extra bed can be added). This spacious room has friendly ambience with locally designed wooden furniture, complete with all modern Western amenities. For extra comfort, each room comes with a large refrigerator (unstocked), WiFi access, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and a wide private balcony/terrace overlooking frangipani garden. All rooms of this type are located at the back/East area of the hotel (referred to as the Family Wing).

Standard Room
Similar design and facilities to Superior Room with large mirrors but its bedroom comes with smaller size without dressing table and balcony is not private. Its bathroom is however more spacious with large washbasin and vanity area. Each room TV also has over 60 cabled channels but with larger Plasma/Flat LCD. The cluster of rooms is more compact, offering a more economical choice of accommodation within the lavish Febri's Hotel facilities.
Standard Rooms are located at the back area of the hotel (referred to as Anantha Wing) in 3-storey building. Although guests can always enjoy the main swimming pool at the hotel’s central area, a small pool is available within the complex in front of Standard Rooms.

Large swimming pool (approx 30 meters in length and 10 meters in width) with free-form design and water fountain in the central area. A Child pool is attached next to the main pool. The pool is surrounded with many frangipani trees, providing pleasant shade over sun lounges from afternoon sun.

Kids Club is suitable for "junior" guests from 3 until 9 years which includes trampoline, monkey bars, tunnels, flying fox, etc. An air-conditioned play room is available in front of the family wing, open from 08:00 – 18:00.

A large café with open space & high ceiling is located at the front of the hotel serving International cuisine. Live music is available every night from 7 until 10 pm.
